The Dalles Chronicle, June 28, 2006
     Douglas Bruce Brann, 35, died by his own hand June 25, 2006, after a 20-
year struggle with illegal street drugs.

     He is survived by his mother Mary, Dallesport, and aunts, uncle and 
cousins.

     In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to any anti-
drug or drug rehabilitation program. Services will be private. Arrangements 
are in care of Messinger Indian School Mortuary.
