The Dalles Chronicle, November 17, 2004
     David Richard Broge, 78, a resident of Pine Hollow, died Wednesday, Nov. 
10, 2004 at his home in the company of his wife Loretta and several friends.
      He was born April 14, 1926, in Pittsburgh, Penn., to Carl and Margaret 
(Thalmenn) Broge. 
      He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1936.
      Memorial services for Broge will be held on Saturday, Nov. 20, at 1 p.m. 
at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2500 West Eighth St. in The 
Dalles. 
      Arrangements are by Columbia Cremation & Burial.
