The Dalles Weekly Reminder, February 27, 1987
Ellis L. “Lonnie” Bryant, 39, died Feb. 22 in Oregon City.

Mr. Bryant was born March 31, 1947, in Hood River.   He was a Vietnam veteran, 
and owner and operator of a steamship container service.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Bryant of Oregon City; two daughters, 
Michele E. and Melanie R. Bryant; a son, Curtiss Bryant of Newburg; foster 
father, Adrian Blakely of Portland; in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Archer of 
Moro.

Funeral services were held Feb. 26 at Smith Callaway Chapel.  Private 
interment was at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
