The Dalles Chronicle, June 21, 2006
     Rozella Buether, 77, of Maryhill, died Monday, June 19 at her home.

     She was a longtime resident of Grass Valley and had lived in Portland for 
a time, moving to Maryhill two years ago.

     Survivors include a brother Francis Ball, Portland; children Mike Pratt 
and Roma Gardner, Portland; Pat Benson, Grass Valley; and Teresa Ladoux, 
Maryhill; 10 grandchildren: Marc and Daniel Gardner, Michael and Jamie Pratt 
and Travis Cheney, all of Portland; Jason Cheney, The Dalles; Robert Benson, 
Grass Valley; Wendy Holzboog, Maryhill; Gerald Swope, Sun Valley, Ariz.; and 
Kealonnie Loring, Philadelphia; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces, 
nephews and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her husband, John. 

     She enjoyed her children and grandchildren.

     Friends are invited to a memorial service at her home, 79 Maryhill Drive 
on Sunday, June 25 at 1 p.m.

     Erdman Funeral Home and Cremation Service has care of arrangements.
