The Dalles Weekly Reminder,  March 13, 1987
     Glen Oscar Cleveland, 63, died in The Dalles March 2.  He was a resident 
of The Dalles for seven years.
     Mr. Cleveland was born Nov. 7, 1923 in Ryan, Okla.  He came to The Dalles 
from San Diego, Calif.  He was a Navy World War II veteran and was employed at 
The Dalles Cherry Growers until his retirement.
     He is survived by three sisters, Julia McManus of Waurika, Okla., Frances 
Wood of Witchita Falls, Tex., and Roberta Ball of Bowie, Tex.; numerous nieces 
and nephews including Alvena J. Smith of The Dalles.
     At his request no services were held.  Memorials may be made to the 
Oregon Heart Fund.  Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home was in charge of 
arrangements.
