The Dalles Weekly Reminder, July 31, 1987
Patrick H. Foley, 70, a resident of Phoenix, Ariz. for the past 30 years, died 
July 23 at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix.

Mr. Foley was born Nov. 19, 1916 in LaGrande.  He was manager of Hotel Dalles 
during the 1940s and owned and operated Service Laundry before moving to 
Phoenix where he entered the realty business.  At the time of his death, he 
was owner of Pat Foley Realty.  He was a member of the Most Holy Trinity 
Catholic Church in Phoenix.  An avid sportsman all his life, Mr. Foley was 
also past president of The Dalles Kiwanis Club and graduate of Columbia Prep 
and University of Oregon.

He is survived by his wife, Laurene; three sons, Pat A. Foley of Agoura Hills, 
Cal., Richard J. Foley of Las Vegas, and Michael J. Foley of Phoenix; five 
grandchildren; two brothers, Jerome Foley and Tome Foley of The Dalles; two 
sisters, Mercedes Kelly of Portland and Marie Litfin of Menlo Park, Cal.

Scripture services were held at Hansen Mortuary, followed by interment at 
Resthaven Park Cemetery in Phoenix.
