The Dalles Weekly Reminder, November 17, 1983
     Eva E. (Howell) Norris, 71, a resident of Tualatin and former resident of 
The Dalles, died Nov. 6 at a Tualatin hospital.
     She was born May 25, 1912 in Seaside.
     Mrs. Norris was the daughter of John and Susan Howell, old time residents 
of the Pleasant Ridge area and later residents of The Dalles.
     She and her husband, Guy Norris, who died in 1981, moved from The Dalles 
to Portland shortly after their marriage.  She moved to Tualatin in August.
     Memorial services were Nov. 9 at Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes in 
Portland.  Burial was at Sunset Hills Memorial Park.
