Surnames: Polk, Dave, Lilly

Services for Johnny Styles Polk, age 46 days, will be held at the Celilo 
Longhouse Saturday and Sunday, May 17 and 18, 2003 with burial services at the 
Pine Creek Cemetery near Roosevelt, Washington on Monday morning.

Johnny is survived by his mother, Margaret L. Dave and his father Michael A. 
Polk; 2 sisters, Sequoia and Leslie; a brother, Gordon; grandparents, Harold and 
Rita Dave and Lucille Lilly, numerous extended family.

Spencer, Libby & Powell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
