He was born Jan. 15, 1943 in Twin Falls, Idaho, the second of four children to Phillip and Bonita Josephine (Jack) Wageman. He lived in Idaho and moved to the Hermiston area in 1952 and then to The Dalles in 1953. He attended The Dalles High School with the Class of 1962. After high school, he worked for Harvey Aluminum in The Dalles and then moved to Portland and worked for M.F.C. He joined the Boilermaker's Union and worked until he became disabled. He returned to The Dalles in the early 1980s. He is survived by his mother, Bonita J. Wageman, The Dalles; three brothers, Larry, Tacoma, Wash; Denny, The Dalles; and Clifford, Portland; one adopted brother, Gary Couture, Alaska; his children from his previous spouse, Kitty, Roxanne and Tracey. Funeral services will be held at Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003 at 4 p.m. Private interment will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery on Threemile Road.
