EDNA C. DUFUR is the daughter of Alpha Kingsley DUFUR (b. Abt 1848 in Vermont;
d. 19 Feb 1896 in Oregon) and Elizabeth "Libbie" D. BALCH (b. 27 Nov 1856 in
Peru, Clinton County, New York; d. 18 March 1908 in Dufur, Wasco County, Oregon,
USA).

Edna's birthdate of 29 Dec 1873 is from page 398, Balch Genealogy, by Galusha
Balch (pub 1898); calculated birthdate from gravestone is 09 Jan 1874. Death
date of 12 Nov 1882 (listed on the gravestone) is also from page 398, Balch
Genealogy, by Galusha Balch (pub 1898).
