Monring Oregonian October 29,1904
Forest Grove,Or.,Oct.28-(Special)- Mrs.Nancy Knighten,died at her home, three 
miles west of this place, last night. She came ot Oreogn in the erly 40's with 
her husband,Thomas Kinghten, since deceased,and has resided in this vicinity 
ever since.
Mrs.KNightne was 75 years of age, and for the past 15 years has been afflicted 
with rheumatism,which entirelu prevented the use of he rlijmbs. Five sons 
surivve her: George C. of Seattle;Levi of Tillamook;and Edward,Marion and 
Ammon of Forest Grove;also one daughter, Mrs.Susan Parsons,of Galea City.
