GRACE L. HENRY

Services for Grace L. Henry, 84, who died March 10, 1967, in a local rest home, 
were to be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 25, in the chapel of Macy and Son.  
Interment was to be at Evergreen Memorial Park. 

Born June 21, 1882 in Vermillion Grove, Ill., to Charles and Melissa Morris Butler,
she came to Layfayette with her parents when a young girl.  She married Charles C.
Henry in Portland Jan. 26, 1909, and in 1913 returned to Lafayette.  He died in 
1940.  She had lived in a local rest home since 1962.

Surviving are a son, Charles M. Henry, Atlanta, Idaho; a brother and her 
stepmother, Norman Butler and Mrs. Hazel Butler, both of Portland; several 
nieces and nephews.
