Laura Hill Smith Given Last Rites

Funeral services were conducted from the Chapel of Macy & Son at 1:30 p.m. for 
Laura Hill Smith, 71, who passed away May 26, in McMinnville.

Mrs. Smith was born January of 1852 in Yamhill and spent her entire life in 
Yamhill county.  She was a member of Rebekah lodge No. 26 of Dallas.  

Surviving her are a son, Raymond Reimers of Culter City; and three brothers, 
Joseph Martin, Dayton; Delmar Martin, Carlton; and Matt Martin, San Jose, 
California. He husband, H. Albert Smith preceded her in death in 1924.

Interment was at Pike cemetery, west of Yamhill.
