He was converted in January, 1887, and joined the Church soon after. He is a graduate of the Norwich High School, class of 1891, and of Syracuse University, class of 1901, taking the degree of A.B. On June 29, 1899, he married Miss Sadie Pauline Lewis, of Kattelville, N.Y. He united with the Conference in 1894, after supplying Coventry one year. His pastorates have been as follows: 1894, Coventry; 1895-96, Gilbertsville; 1897, Chenango Forks; 1898-99, North Norwich; 1900-02, Chenango Bridge; 1903, Factoryville.
