NOTICE

The first and final account of David F. Smith, Assignee in trust for the benefit of the 
creditors of Elizabeth Chronister and husband, of Latimore township, has been filed in the 
Court of Common Pleas of Adams Co., Pa., and will be confirmed by said Court on Monday, the 27th 
day of January, 1902, at 10 o’clock, A. M., unless cause be shown to the contrary.
