Insolvent Notice

Notice is hereby given to all crediters and persons interested in the matter of the application 
of J. J. Daywalt, for the benefit of the insolvent laws of the Commonwealth that he has filed 
his petition for a discharge under the insolvent laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 
the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, and Saturday, August 23rd, 1902, at 10:30 o’clock, A. 
M. has been fixed for the hearing of said application.
