The Court grant a Rule on the aforesaid Heirs and legal Representatives, viz. on John Hart, the 
heirs of Daniel Hart, deceased, George Hart, Henry Hart, Abraham Hart, the children of 
Catharine, who died before her father, Mary intermarried with Nicholas Candle, Barbara 
intermarried with Christian Dedinheffer, the children of Betsy who died in the life-time of her 
father, and Susannah intermarried with Jacob Livelsberger, or the Guardians of such of them as 
are Minors, to be and appear at the next Orphans’ Court, to be held at Gettysburg, on Tuesday 
the 26th day of December next, to shew cause why the Real Estate of said deceased, situate in 
Franklin township aforesaid, should not be sold agreeably to law.
