TAKE Notice, that I have applied to the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Adams county, 
Pa. for the benefit of the Insolvent Laws of this State; and

Tuesday the 26th day of December next, 

is appointed for hearing me and my creditors at the court-house in the borough of Gettysburg.
