Wife Brings Charges

Sylvester Weaver, of McSherrystown, was arrested by Officer J. L. Dougherty of 
that place, on a warrant issued by Squire V. H. Lilly, on oath of Mary Weaver, 
his wife, charging the defendant with assault and battery, and likewise with 
threatening to blow out her brains with a revolver.
