Abbottstown, Nov. 2. – Beatrice, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baker, of 
near Maple Grove schoolhouse, died at an early hour Sunday morning from 
diphtheria, aged 11 months.

The child leaves her parents and three brothers, Ralph, Earl, and Mervin, at 
home.

Private interment was made Monday afternoon in the Lutheran cemetery.
