Basehoar, 94, Littlestown R.D. 1, retired farmer, was dead on arrival at the Hanover General Hospital at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday after stricken ill earlier in the evening at his home. He was the son of the late Elias and Frances Cover Basehoar and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Littlestown. His wife, Sadie R. Biehl Basehoar, died March 2, 1929. Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Richard Wolf, Mercersburg; Mrs. Earl Baker, Ambler, Mrs. Herbert Paterson, Littlestown; Mrs. Ralph Masenheimer, Hanover; Mrs. Daniel Naill, Taneytown, and Mrs. Sterling Musselman, Gettysburg; two sons, Frank E. Basehoar Sr. and H. Earl Basehoar, Littlestown; 18 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Little funeral home, Littlestown, with his pastor, the Rev. Robert C. Camac, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In Lieu of other memorials, contributions may be made to the Littlestown Community Ambulance Fund. Newspaper Unknown
