Miss Marion Bond

Miss Marion Bond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Bond, of New Oxford, died at 
the York Hospital Thursday, August 29, at 7:45 a.m., from an internal 
hemorrhage, following an operation performed for the removal of gallstones two 
weeks ago.  Her age was about 15 years.

The deceased is survived by her parents; one sister, Mrs. John M. Emlet, of 
Hanover, and two brothers, Ralph C. Bond, of Hagerstown, Md.; and Clair Bond, at 
home.

Funeral Monday, September 2, services at the house at 12 o’clock noon, Rev. L. 
D. Ott, of the Methodist church, officiating.  Interment in the New Oxford 
cemetery.
