Mrs. Joseph F. Brown

Mrs. Millie C. Brown, 87, formerly of the Littlestown area, died yesterday at 
3:15 p.m. at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Claude H. 
Miller, 133 Pleasant Hill Road, Owings Mills, where she had resided 16 years.  
She was a daughter of the late David H. and Ann Mary Myers Bair, and was a life 
member of St. Mary’s United Church of Christ, Silver Run.  In addition to her 
daughter with whom she resided, she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Amanda 
Koontz, Littlestown, and Mrs. Lewis Hoffheins, Hanover.  Her husband, Joseph F. 
Brown, died April 23, 1959.  The Rev. Christopher J. Noss, her pastor, and the 
Rev. Eldon C. Watts, pastor of the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, Owings Mills, 
will conduct the funeral service Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Little funeral home, 
Littlestown.  Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Silver Run.  Friends may 
call at the funeral home from noon tomorrow until the time of the service.
