Mrs. John Buddy

Mrs. Sarah Hemler Buddy, widow of the late John Buddy, died suddenly July 4th, at 
the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Sneeringer, near Littlestown, where she 
was visiting.  Death was caused by a hemorrhage.  Deceased was born near 
Gettysburg, March ?th, 1832, and was aged, at the time of her death, 81 years, 3 
months and 25 days.  For the past five years she has been living with her 
daughter, Mrs. Sara McSherry, in Littlestown.

She is survived by the following children:  Mrs. Harry Orndorff, Baltimore; Mrs. 
Edw. Groft, McSherrystown; George Buddy, Kindsdale, and Mrs. George Sneeringer, 
Mrs. Sara McSherry, Mrs. J. Harry Weaver, Mrs. Lewis Stavely, Mrs. J. A. Collins 
and Harry Buddy, Littlestown.
