Mrs. Clarence A. Chronister

Mrs. Florence Matura (Spangler) Chronister, wife of Clarence A. Chronister, 
Spring Grove and daughter of Andrew Spangler, of East Berlin, died Wednesday 
morning at her home. She had been ill for two weeks. The deceased was aged 57 
years. Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Marlow Miller, Spring Grove; 
a son Clair S.A. Chronsiter, Richardson Park, Del; a brother Lewis Spangler, 
York and two sisters, Mrs. Edwin Resser and Mrs. Robert Anderson, York. The 
funeral will be held on Saturday with services at 2 p.m. (E.S.T.) at the home. 
The Rev. Ralph C. Robinson, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran church, Spring Grove, 
of which the deceased was a member, will officiate. Interment will be made in 
Mt.Rose Cemetery, York. Friends may call on Friday evening at the home.
