Wenksville, Jan. 1 – Mrs. Ann Barbara Cooper, wife of John Cooper, Sr., formerly 
of this place, but for the last few months had resided with her son, Mr. Samuel 
Cooper, of near Mt. Rock, Cumberland county, died on the 21st.  Her remains were 
interred in the cemetery at this place, Wednesday, 23rd.  She was aged 75 years, 
11 months and 13 days.  A husband and four children survive her, who have the 
profound sympathy of the entire community in this their sad affliction.
