Coulson, wife of Amos F. Coulson, 131 Buford avenue, died last Monday afternoon, aged 62 years, 11 months and 16 days. Beside her husband, she is survived by one son, Russell, at home, and one daughter, Mrs. Nettie E. Schriver, Woodlawn, Maryland. Two sisters also survive: Mrs. Anna Cooley and Mrs. Clayton Sickel, of Menallen township; one brother, Milton Heiges, York, and four grandchildren. Mrs. Coulson’s maiden name was Heiges and she was born in York county, near Franklintown. She moved to Gettysburg more than twenty-seven years ago. Funeral services were held this Thursday morning, Rev. J. B. Baker officiating. Interment in Evergreen cemetery. Adams County Independent, November 11, 1921
