Samuel C. Crouse

Samuel C. Crouse, 84(?), Boyer St., Littlestown, died at 12:55 a.m. Jan. 23 in 
Cumberland Twp.  He was a son of the late Emanuel and Rebecca Stavely Crouse and 
a life-long member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Littlestown.  His wife, the 
former Barbara Elizabeth Weikert, died 40 years ago.

Surviving are four children, Miss Elva L. Crouse, Victor C. Crouse and Charles 
F. Crouse, all of Littlestown, and Roscoe H. Crouse, McSherrystown; nine 
grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one brother, Howard Crouse, 
Littlestown.

Funeral services Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the J. W. Little and Son 
Funeral Home, Littlestown, his pastor, the Rev. William C. Karns, officiating, 
assisted by Rev. David S. Kammerer, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.  
Interment in St. John's Cemetery.
