Gettysburg, March 25 – After an illness of several months from tuberculosis 
David Dougherty, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Dougherty, died Tuesday evening, aged 
20 years.  The young man was employed in the First National Bank, and had hosts 
of friends among our people.  He is survived by his parents.

Funeral services Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock conducted by Rev. J. B. 
Baker, pastor of St. James’ Lutheran church.  Interment in Evergreen cemetery.
