Gettysburg compiler.: (Gettysburg, Pa.) 1866-1961: May 20, 1867
Mr. Daniel Gobrecht, an esteemed citizen of Union township, this county, died very
suddenly on Friday week. Whilst engaged in plowing, he fell instantly dead, though
when going to his work seemed to be in the enjoyment of usual health. He was 50
years of age, and leaves a wife and eight children to mourn their sudden loss of a
kind husband and father.
