Mrs. Lewis Groft

Mrs. Anna Groft, wife of Lewis A. Groft, died at her late home in Irishtown, Sunday, Jan. 26, 
at 8 a.m. from a complication of diseases, after an illness of about a year.  She was aged 75 
years.

The deceased is survived by her husband:  five sons, Frank, of Mt. Misery; William, of Reading; 
Harry, of Seven Valleys; Carroll, of Irishtown, and Joseph, of McSherrystown; also, two 
daughters, Mrs. Thomas Johnson, Hanover, and Mrs. Rosa Keagy, at home.

Funeral Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 9 a.m., requiem mass in Conewago Chapel, Rev. Thomas C. Johnson, 
of Harrisburg, celebrant.  Interment in the chapel cemetery.
