LEWIS W. HARTMAN

Lewis W. Hartman, 829 Broadway, died this morning at Harrisburg, following an 
extended illness.  He was aged 62 years.  Mr. Hartman was a son of the late 
Israel and Susan Mummert Hartman and was born July 15, 1873.  He had been a 
cabinet maker by trade.  Mr. Hartman was affiliated with the Knights of the 
Golden Eagle and with Defiance Commandery, No. 380, Knights of Malta.  Surviving 
are his wife, who before marriage was Lella Butt, and one sister, Mrs. Ammon 
Moul, Hanover.  The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock from 
the W. A. Feiser funeral home, Carlisle street.  The Rev. Dr. Marsby J. Roth, 
pastor of Trinity Reformed church, will officiate.  Burial will be made in Union 
cemetery, East Berlin.
