Heiges Arendtsville, June 16. – Aaron M. Heiges, who until two years ago lived in Menallen township, died last ---day at the home of his son, Ray C. Heiges, Harrisburg. He was 73 years, 5 months and 17 days old. Mr. Heiges was a wheelwright by trade and was widely known in the upper end of the county. About two years ago he moved to Harrisburg to live with his sons. His parents were the late Daniel and Elizabeth Heiges, of Cashtown. Beside his wife, he is survived by two sons, Harry D. Heiges and Ray C. Heiges, of Harrisburg; two daughters, Mrs. B. W. Steinour, Los Angeles, California, and Mrs. Mervin Smith, Williamstown; and a sister, Mrs. Sarah Orr, Harrisburg. Funeral services were held Sunday evening. Following the arrival of the body in Biglerville further services in Trinity Lutheran Church, this place, to which he belonged forty-five years, Rev. D. T. Koser, officiating.
