Benjamin F. Hoffman

Benjamin Franklin Hoffman died at his home in New Chester, yesterday morning at 
the age of 79 years, three months and 16 days.  Surviving are his wife and the 
following children, Mrs. George T. Shellhamer, New Oxford; Robert Hoffman, near 
Five Points; Harvey B. F. Hoffman, Gettysburg, John Hoffman and J. Albert 
Hoffman, Dillsburg.  Nineteen grandchildren also survive.  Funeral services will 
be conducted at the late residence Friday morning at 10 o’clock by the Rev. J. 
H. Little.  Interment will take place in the New Oxford cemetery.
