HUMBERT IS FOUND DEAD AT LITTLESTOWN Littlestown, Aug. 4 - W. P. HUMBERT, a retired farmer, South Queen street was found dead in bed this morning at 7 o'clock by his wife. He was aged 72 years. Mr. Humbert had been in his usual health when he retired Saturday night. Dr. L. L. Potter was summoned but he could only confirm the fact that death had occurred. Dr. Chester Crist, Gettysburg, coroner of Adams county, attributed death to a coronary embolism and signed the death certificate accordingly. Mr. Humbert was a son of the late William and Lamanda (ROHRBAUGH) HUMBERT. Surviving are his wife, who before marriage was Alice CRAUMER; two children, Mrs. Ralph DUCE, Hanover R.D. and Mrs. J. H. YELTON, Cumberland, Md.; one brother, Amos HUMBERT, Fowler, Ind., and two sisters, Miss Martha HUMBERT, Baltimore and Mrs. Henry KURTZ, Portland, Ore. Mr. HUMBERT was a life-long member of St. Mary's Lutheran church, Silver Run, Md. The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock (EST) with a service at the late home. His pastor, Rev. W. E. Saltzgiver, will officiate. Interment will be made in the Union cemetery Silver Run, Md. Arrangements are in charge of Funeral Directors J. W. Little and Son, Littlestown.
