Joy township, Adams county, died at this late home along the Littlestown and Harney road, about two miles form the latter place, Friday, Oct. 18, from paralysis, aged 82 years, 9 months and 27 days. The deceased was a life-long resident of Adams county, and followed blacksmithing his entire life. He is survived by a widow and three children, Charles Lambert, of Mt. Joy Twp.; Archibald Lambert, of Pleasant Hill, this county, and Miss Maggie Lambert, of Baltimore street, Hanover. Funeral Sunday morning, Oct. 20, services at St. Paul’s Lutheran church, Harney, Md., interment in Mt. Olivet cemetery, that place. The Hanover Herald – Saturday, October 26, 1912
