Mrs. Mary Miller

Mrs. Mary Miller, widow of the late Joseph Miller, died at her home near Round Hill, Adams 
County, at 11:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23, following a stroke of paralysis received Saturday, Aug. 
21.  She was aged about 71 years.  Mrs. Miller is survived by one son, Charles Miller, of Round 
Hill, and four sisters – Mrs. Solomon Hoke, of Abbottstown Street, this place, Mrs. Catharine 
Phillips, of East Berlin; Miss Sue King, of Abbottstown, and Miss Carrie King, of New Oxford; 
also one brother, William King, of Indiana, Pa.

Funeral Thursday, Aug. 26.  Services at the house, and interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 
Hanover, Rev. Dietrich officiating.
