ALBERT, near Dillsburg, Samuel MILLER, a retired plasterer, died Friday afternoon. He was a former tax collector and school director of Franklin township, York County. Surviving besides his daughter, are a son, Ira D MILLER, Dillsburg, R D , a sister Miss Maggie MILLER, of Lemoyne, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Miller's wife preceded him in death three years ago. The funeral was held Monday with the services conducted at the late residence. The Rev Paul H Rinehart, pastor of the Dillsburg United Brethren church, officiated. Interment was made in the Dillsburg cemetery.
