Mrs. Birdie S. Mummert, of Bendersville, died at the Todd Hospital in Carlisle 
on last Friday from the effects of an operation, aged about 44 years.  The 
deceased had been an inmate of the hospital for several weeks.

The funeral services occurred on Monday and interment was made at Bendersville.

The deceased was a daughter of William Klepper, of Mt. Holly.  Her husband and 
two children survive.
