Mrs. John P. Myers, died at her home in Hampton on Nov. 23, aged about 43 years.  
She had recently undergone an operation and was recovering when she had an 
attack of colic from which she died after two days suffering.  She was a 
daughter of the late Charles Griest of York Springs.  The funeral was held on 
Monday of last week, Rev. L. M. Gardner conducting services, interment at 
Hampton Cemetery.  She is survived by her husband, who is the Post Master at 
Hampton and two daughters, also by her mother Mrs. Henrietta Griest, one brother 
and two sisters, Charles Griest of York Springs; Mrs. Phoebe Plank and Miss 
Annie Griest.
