Mrs. Lucy A. Noel died at her home in house of Mrs. McCleary on Carlisle street 
on Sunday, aged 63 years, 6 months and 2 days.  She was the widow of a veteran 
and had been in declining health for some months.  She was a devout member of 
St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.  A mass of requiem was conducted by Rev. 
Father Hays yesterday morning and interment was made in the Catholic cemetery.  
She leaves two daughters, Miss Rosie A. Noel of Harrisburg and Miss Emma Alice 
Noel at home.  She is survived by two brothers and two sisters, Charles Starner, 
residing on Hancock avenue near this place, Walter S. Starner of Philadelphia, 
Mrs. Lizzie Ball of Pittsburg and Mrs. Rachel Ball of Clearfield county.
