Stoner Following an illness of several months, Mrs. Mary C. Stoner, wife of Charles B. Stoner, a well- known citizen of Adams county, passed away at her late home near Sells Station, along the Littlestown pike, at 2:50 o’clock Sunday morning, Jan. 3d. She was aged 67 years, 11 months and 7 days. The deceased was a daughter of the late Samuel and Susanna (Babylon) Morelock, and was born near Westminster, Md., January 26, 1858. Thirty-seven years ago she was married to C. B. Stoner, and moved to her late home 33 years ago, where she has continuously lived. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran church, McSherrystown. The deceased leaves her husband and four children: S. Brooks Stoner, of Muddy Creek Forks; Mrs. J. Emory Hostetter, of near Littlestown; Wm. P. Stoner, of near Hanover, and Mrs. Carl G. Greenlee, residing on the old homestead; also two step-children, Mrs. Edward O. Diffendal and Joseph S. Stoner, both of Westminster, Md.; also, one brother and three sisters – Jacob O. Morelock, Mrs. David Martin, Mrs. Keener Wagner, of Westminster, Md., and Mrs. John Frock, of Union Mills, Md. Funeral Wednesday, Jan. 5th, services at the house at 1 p.m., and interment in Mt.
