Death of Mrs. H. H. Taylor

Aspers, Dec. 15. – After an illness of nine weeks from a complication of 
diseases, Mrs. Christanna Pisel Taylor, wife of H. H. Taylor, died at her home 
near here Monday afternoon, from a complication of diseases, aged 64 years and 9 
months.

Mrs. Taylor is the last surviving member of Hezekiah and Mary Pisel, of 
Bendersville, where she was born and raised.  She was a member of the 
Bendersville and Wenksville Methodist churches since girlhood and was an active 
worker during her life time.

Besides her husband, she is survived by the following sons and daughters:  Mrs. 
Edward Fohl, at home; Mrs. Harry Snyder, Gardners, and Aaron of Aspers.  Six 
grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held this Thursday morning.  Services in the Bendersville 
Lutheran Church conducted by her pastor, Rev. J. A. Martin, assisted by Rev. W. 
D. E. Scott.  Interment in Bendersville.
