Timmins, former clerk of the courts of Adams county, died in Baltimore on Monday from a paralytic stroke. His aged was 68 years. Mr. Timmins was born in the lower end of Adams county and lived the greater part of his life in that locality. Following his election as clerk of the courts in 1881 he moved with his family to Gettysburg and when his term of office expired remained there in the plumbing business for several years. He moved to Baltimore 19 years ago. He leaves a wife and the following children: Guy and Merle Timmins, Baltimore; Carrol Timmins, York, and Charles Timmins, Gettysburg.
