James L. Tressler, for the past 20 years a resident of Adams county, Pa., died at
his home at Seven Stars in his sixty-seventh year, after an illness of several weeks.  He was born near
Sabillasvile, this county, and spent his early life there.  He leaves a wife, a son, Amos F. Tressler, 
of near Gettysburg; and two daughters, Mrs. Ephraim Eyler, of Emmitsburg, and Mrs. Marshall Baumgardner,
Tippecance City, O.  Three brothers also survive.
