Weisensale Amos Urias Weisensale, died at his home, No. 372 Midway, at 12 o’clock noon Friday, June 16, following an illness of 12 years from a complication of diseases. He was confined to bed for only the past two weeks. His age was 64 years, 5 months and 29 days. The deceased was a son of the late Casper and Susanna Weisensale and was born near Schwartz’s schoolhouse. Forty year ago he was married to Miss Emma Miller, a daughter of the late Thomas Augustus Miller, of Ladiesburg, Md., who survives with five children: William Weisensale, of Manatee, Florida; Mrs. Fred. Florstead, of Detroit, Mich.; Elmer Weisensale, of Midway, and Miss Ella and Carl Weisensale, both at home; also three grandchildren, Gladys, Merle and Horatio Donald Weisensale, of Midway, and one sister, Mrs. Louisa March, of Midway, and a brother, David Weisensale, of York. The deceased had conducted a grocery store adjoining his residence in Midway for the past twelve years and previous to that time he was a mason contractor. He was a member of Minnewaukaru Tribe of Red Men of Hanover. Mr. Weisensale was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran church, McSherrystown. Funeral, Monday afternoon, services at the house at 1 o’clock.
