Wright was found dead in bed at his home in Bendersville, Adams county, Thursday morning, June 5th. He was aged 62 years, 11 months and 21 days. Wednesday evening he retired in his usual health and there was no intimation that he was ill during the night. Between four and five o’clock Wednesday morning Mrs. Wright called him and received no answer, soon discovered that he was dead. For the past twenty-five or thirty years he carried the mail from Flora Dale to Guersney and was well known in the upper end of the county. He leaves his wife and two sons, Lawrence and Walter, both of Harrisburg. Two sisters also survive, Mrs. May L. Lyman, of Ottawa, Kansas, and Mrs. B. C. Hiltabidle, of San Francisco.
