Republican Compiler, Gettysburg, Pa, 28 May 1823
MARRIED - On Thursday last, by the Rev. Wm. Runkel, Mr. Henry Degroff, of this 
borough, to Miss Polly Hollebach. 

Additional Comments:
Note:  The name Degroft or DeGroft is some time found spelled Degroff.  The 
last letter "f" is realy a "t" because the ending "t" in the script of the time 
was written and printed as a letter very simmler to an "f".  Polly Hollebauh 
used the name Mary Ann even though her first name was Polly
