Groft-Strausbaugh

Guy Groft, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. T. V. Groft, of North street, 
McSherrystown, and Miss Genevieve Strausbaugh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James 
Strausbaugh, of Mt. Misery, Adams county, were married at a nuptial mass in 
Conewago chapel at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 18.  The ceremony was performed by 
Rev. Charles Koch, rector.

The attendants were Clarence Wierman of McSherrystown, and Miss Ruth Smith, of 
Mt. Misery. 

After the ceremony a wedding breakfast and reception followed at the bride’s 
home.

The groom is bookkeeper in the H. J. Roth cigar factory, McSherrystown.
