Joy township, announce the marriage of their daughter, Jane Elizabeth Crouse, to Ezra Hartman, son of the Rev. and Mrs. J. Stewart Hartman, of Cavetown, Md. The ceremony took place at Cavetown, Monday evening, at 6 o’clock, being performed by the brother of the bridegroom before a few immediate relatives. The bride was attired in a pearl gray Spanish lace dress over Canton crepe with slippers to match and wore a corsage of orchids and bride roses. Her going away suit was volney red trimmed with mole fur. The bride is a graduate of York Business School and for the past three years has been employed by the Midvale Steel and Ordnance Company, of Philadelphia. She is a granddaughter of Mr. Levi J. Motter, of East King street. The bridegroom is a graduate of F. & M. College, Lancaster, and is employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, Philadelphia. After a week’s wedding trip to St. Louis, Mo., and points in the West, they will be at home in Philadelphia. The young couple is well known in this place, where they formerly resided.
